New Feature: Automated Website Reports

  • Added support for generating detailed PDF reports for each website.

  • Reports include uptime, performance, security, SEO scores, and version information (PHP, MySQL, WordPress).

  • Reports are visualized with highlights for improvements and changes since the previous report.

  • Users can add a custom message at the top of each report for context.

  • Reports now include an unsubscribe link for recipients to easily opt out.

Scheduling & Frequency

  • Reports can be scheduled to send automatically on the first day of each month.

  • Flexible scheduling options: 1, 2, 4, 6, or 12 months.

  • Scheduling preserves the next run date accurately to avoid duplicate or skipped reports.

AI Summary (Optional)

  • Introduced an AI-generated summary at the end of each report.

  • Provides a concise overview of site health, highlighting improvements and risks in 4–6 bullet points.

  • Can be enabled or disabled when setting up the report.

This minor update offers some improvements for the app usability.

Bug Fix: Page Reset After Saving Details

Resolved an issue where editing and saving website details (e.g., tags) would reset the view back to page 1. The app now preserves your current pagination state, making edits smoother especially when working with multiple entries.

UI Adjustment: Dropdown Menu Position

Adjusted the position of the action menu dropdown in the Employee Websites view.

Bug Fix: Dropdown Persistence on Page Reload

Fixed a bug where action dropdowns in the Employee Websites view could remain stuck open after page reloads.

    • No identifiable website data is sent—analysis is done anonymously.

New Reports Page – Cashflow & AI Analysis

A new Reports page has been added, featuring Cashflow and AI Analysis reports.

📊 Cashflow Report:

  • View Gross & Net Income from ongoing contracts.
  • See Lifetime Totals (accurate if past contracts remain undeleted).
  • Track ongoing income trends over time with a visual graph.

🧠 AI Analysis Report:

  • Uses OpenAI API to analyze Version, Status, Performance, and Security Scores across all websites.

Patch Notes – January 2, 2025

  1. Added 2FA Authentication
    • Works with TOTP-compatible apps (e.g., Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, Authy, 1Password).
    • Recommendation: Use Google Authenticator.
    • Can be enabled or disabled on the profile page.
    • Once enabled, you must enter a 2FA code from your app each time you log in.
    • Important: If you send the admin login link from the plugin, we highly recommend enabling 2FA for better security.
  2. New Feature: WordPress Admin Login Link
    • Added a direct login link to the WordPress admin menu for websites where login link sending is enabled in the plugin.
    • Available for both organization and employee users.
    • All sensitive data, including the login link, is encrypted and only decrypted when displayed to the user.
