Overview of the application
1. Main Window (Websites)
On this page, you can add new websites, edit existing ones, delete websites, see log files and add details. Here you can see all the versions and when they were last updated. It’s designed to give you a comprehensive overview of your websites, making it simple to keep everything organized and up to date.
2. Search and sort
On the Search and Sort, you can effortlessly filter and organize your websites using checkboxes. Sort by URL, PHP version, PHP status, days remaining until the next PHP update, MySQL version, WordPress version, or the last update date. This streamlined approach makes it easy to find exactly what you’re looking for and manage your websites more efficiently.
3. Website list
On the Website List, you’ll find a comprehensive overview of your websites, including their URLs, PHP versions, and PHP status. You’ll also see the number of days left until the next PHP update, along with details on the MySQL and WordPress versions. Each entry includes the date when the information or version was last updated. Additionally, the “Actions” section allows you to view log files, delete a website, or add further details.

3.1 URL
Here you can see the URL’s of your websites. Tip! You can use the search bar to find or sort websites fast by it’s name/url.
3.2 PHP Version
Here, you can easily view and monitor the PHP version running on each of your websites, ensuring you stay up to date. The sorting feature allows you to quickly identify any outdated versions, making it simple to maintain optimal performance and security across all your sites.
3.3 PHP Status
Here, you can effortlessly monitor the PHP status of your websites, ensuring that everything is functioning correctly.
3.4 Days left
Days left is your php versions active support or security supports days left countdown before it’s active support ends and no longer receives any updates after that.
3.5 MYSQL Version
Here you can your websites current MYSQL Version.
3.6 WordPress Version
Here you can check your websites wordpress version.
3.7 Last Updated
The ‘Last Updated’ timestamp indicates when wblifecycle last retrieved the most recent version information from the website.”
3.8 Details
Here you can view the details you’ve added to various websites, such as a “Tags.”
3.9 Actions
Here in Actions you can add details, see log files and delete your websites from the application.
4. Add or Import Websites
In this section you can add websites one by one or with bulk with CVS Files. Easily just enter your websites URL and click “Add a Website” or Browse a cvs files and click “Import Websites”

4.1 Close/Open the “Add or Import Websites” Panel.
At right corner you can the screen box with white arrow inside. Clicking this box will hide and open the add website panel. Icon examble below.
4.2 Add a Single website
Here you can just add your websites URL address and click “Add a Website” and like magic the website will appear on the list.
4.2 Adding multiple websites at the same time.
Here you can browse your CSV file and add it. After adding just press “Import Websites” and application will read all the websites there and add them to the list.
5. Users Page
Here you can add more users to manage your websites. You can easily assign websites to different user or grant access to all of websites.
6. Assign websites page
Here you can assign different websites to user. For examble you can give one employee permission to edit specific websites.
7. Payment Plans Page
On the Payments Plan page, you have the flexibility to select a plan that perfectly suits your needs. Here’s a tip: Opt for the annual plan and enjoy two months free, maximizing your savings!
8. Subsciption and API keys Page
On the Subscription and API Keys page, you can easily copy your API key for your WordPress site. This page also allows you to update your payment plan, manage your payment details, or cancel your subscription. Additionally, you can conveniently check your subscription status here.
