3. Services Provided
WPLifeCycle offers various services to help you monitor your website’s technical aspects, including:

- Recommendations for improving website performance
By using these services, you acknowledge that WPLifeCycle only provides monitoring and recommendations and does not guarantee the uninterrupted or error-free operation of your website.
4. Payment and Renewal
Some features of WPLifeCycle may require a paid subscription. Payments for these services are due in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the plan selected. Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel it before the end of the current subscription period. You can manage your subscription through your account settings.
Refunds are available for payments made within the last 10 days only. After this period, no refunds will be provided.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and intellectual property associated with WPLifeCycle remain the property of WPLifeCycle and its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the application for personal or business use, subject to these Terms.
6. Changes to the Terms
WPLifeCycle reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of the application following any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.
7. Termination
WPLifeCycle may terminate or suspend your access to the application at any time, with or without cause or notice. If you wish to terminate your account, you may do so by discontinuing the use of the application. Upon termination, all provisions of these Terms which should survive termination, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability, will remain in effect.

WPLifeCycle is provided “as is” without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the application will be error-free, secure, or available at all times. Your use of WPLifeCycle is at your own risk.
9. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall WPLifeCycle be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the application. Our total liability in any matter related to WPLifeCycle shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the services in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10. General Representation and Warranty
You represent and warrant that your use of WPLifeCycle will comply with all applicable laws and regulations and will not infringe on the intellectual property rights of any third party.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WPLifeCycle, its affiliates, and their respective officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the application or violation of these Terms.

These Terms may not be modified except in writing by an authorized representative of WPLifeCycle. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
